When it arrived the padding inside of R2 was a bit misshapen, and there were wrinkles on his outer shell. Overall I think it was just the packaging it was shipped in and how it was handled. not the quality of the product. Once out of the package and hung after some fluffing he's regained his normal shape and the bulk of the wrinkles have gone away. I would recommend, but know it may not be perfect out of the package.
