You may return a product for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date provided to you by email. For health safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, and body jewelry cannot be returned.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s); for straight returns, we will credit you for the original shipping cost.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition, and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. When you exchange an item, we will charge a small fee to ship the replacement, as well as any price difference. When you return an item outright, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid, or an email gift certificate if preferred. Teesforall is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Once the item is received please allow 3-5 business days for processing, and an email will be sent with your credit amount.
If you have your order number, you can easily use our return form below. Fill out the fields on the return form we will need to know what item you are returning and why. If it is an exchange, please include the new SKU and size if applicable. All exchanges will ship to the previous address on file unless otherwise noted. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed return form. You are responsible for the return postage, please use whatever method works best for you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not reimburse for the original or return postage.
